The Giving Team helps sustain Symphony of Hope’s work through monthly giving. Ongoing support directly funds instruments, teacher stipends, student programs, and international initiatives. Together, we can expand access to music education and create lasting impact in communities around the world.
Co-founder & President
Noelle McClure is the co-founder of Symphony of Hope International and the wife of its late founder, Doug McClure. For 29 years, Doug and Noelle partnered in life and service—teaching, leading, and impacting communities around the world. Their shared commitment to bridging cultural divides through music, education, and human connection remains central to the organization’s mission and continues to shape its heart and direction. Following Doug’s unexpected passing, Noelle courageously stepped into the role of President of the Board and Legacy Leader, faithfully carrying the vision she helped establish from the very beginning.
With more than 35 years of experience in education and decades of global leadership, Noelle brings exceptional insight and wisdom to her role. She holds a Doctorate of Education with a concentration in organizational leadership, and her scholarly work examined diversity as representation versus lived inclusivity, highlighting how personal stories shape understanding and belonging. Her career spans roles as a teacher, principal, administrator, and mentor, marked by a deep commitment to strengthening educational systems and empowering leaders across cultures. We are deeply grateful for her continued leadership and for the enduring legacy she and Doug built—one that continues to inspire and resonate for generations to come.
Executive Administrator
Megan Twinn is the middle daughter of Doug and Noelle McClure and currently serves as the Administrative Director of Symphony of Hope International. From the organization’s earliest days, Megan has been closely connected to its work, stepping into a full-time leadership role during the final two years of Doug’s life. Her deep familiarity with the mission and operations of Symphony of Hope gives her a steady and informed leadership presence within the organization.
With a lifelong commitment to international service and cross-cultural engagement, Megan was alongside her father in Papua New Guinea on a Symphony of Hope outreach at the time of his passing. Following this pivotal moment, she and her husband, David, chose to carry forward the vision and legacy established by her parents, dedicating themselves to the continued growth and impact of the organization. Megan is deeply passionate about expanding access to opportunity, dignity, and hope for at-risk and underserved children through music education and creative expression, which she believes to be a powerful tool for healing, empowerment, and long-term social change.
